Beretta al391 urika 12 gauge shotgun with hard case 3 extended chokes, choke key, extra but rubber, oil,and the extra shims which havnt been used. This gun is in very good used condition been used on pigeons etc few marks on it here and there as said a used gun not one thats been sitting in a cabinet.
