Description

A pretty 12 bore toplever hammergun by Holland & Holland (No.8625 for 1885). 28" sleeved steel barrels (Birmingham nitro proof 1985) with excellent bores, 70mm chambers and bored at 1/4 & 1/2 choke. Rebounding back action locks (left hand hammer a replacement) with fine Acanthus scroll engraving and makers name in banners. Figured 14" straight hand walnut stock with steel buttplate and vacant oval. A very nice game gun, all ready to go, by a top English gunmaker.
