Had this gun serviced with new springs and firing pins, then sent it away to Straightshooter1 for the stock and fore-end refurbishing. Sacha very kindly repaired the splits in the head (Cheaper Spanish sidelocks are prone to this), re-checkered it and tru-oiled all the wood.

Downsides - The blueing is getting a little thin in places. The forend has had a cross-bar type repair done (before I got it). There is also another split in the butt where some idiot (not me) tried to force a massive woodscrew in to hold the butt plate on. This has again been repaired again by Sacha, but it's still visible. Just being honest and I've tried to show these up in the photos.

Since the service and refurbishment I've put about a dozen cartridges through it, tops! It's very fast and pointable and I've spent a small fortune on it, but since I got my Damascus barrelled E. Harrison it just doesn't get used.

Very reluctant sale to fund a 20g O/U.
