I have for sale my Sako 85 Stainless Synthetic in 6.5x55 Swedish Mauser. Also included in the sale is a aluminium bodied moderator.

I am also selling the scope which is mounted on the rifle. I will sell the rifle without the scope, but I am not interested in selling the scope on its own before selling the rifle.

The scope is a Swarovski 1st Gen Z6i 2.5-15 x 56 with Illuminated Reticle and Ballistic Turret. The reticule is 4A-I. Mounted on Sako Optilock rings. Comes with box and all the paperwork/manuals etc.

Both scope and rifle are around 9 years old I think. I bought it from new and it has had 220 rounds through it. The rubberised coating on the rifle stock went a bit weird on the cheek pad and in trying to tidy it up I scratched some of the coating off. Obviously just an aesthetic issue. Other than that it has been really well looked after and hasn't had that many outings.

I'm looking for £700 for the rifle & moderator and £1200 for the scope. I also have some Sako 156g and Federal 140g expanding ammo, I'll have to check the quantities.

Would prefer face to face only and am happy for a test shoot if you have the land. I am close to Hemel Hempstead / Berkhamsted, Herts.
