Description

A very nice 20g Auguste Francotte.
Made in 1934 this is Francottes low end gun. Not low end because of quality but a simple plain stock and minimum engraving. Still built to Francotte's high standard.
Gun is an ejector with 70mm chambers side clips twenty seven and a half inch barrels and fourteen and a quarter inch LOP. Both barrels I think are quarter choke. Stock is sound and without cracks or dinks. Bluing on barrels is excellent and bores are good, few small marks in right barrel. gun weighs five and three quarter pounds and balances dead on the hinge. A lovely strong light weight gun with a lifetime of wear left. Locks up as tight as a drum.
